    A Sarasota native, Leo has built their career on the guiding principles of people, planet, and profit. For the last 9 years they have served in operational and training roles across the wellness and beauty industry, and provide management consulting services to small businesses in the Tampa Bay area.

    Leo joined The Brow House team at the close of 2019 and has served as a driving force of growth through our studio’s expansion. They are deeply tied to The Brow House’s vision to create an incredible work environment for our team, a remarkable experience for our clients, and to drive innovation and set a new standard in the beauty industry.

    Leo believes strongly that small businesses have the ability to make a great impact on their local community, and strives to spark exceptional change anywhere they touch.
