Contact + Confirmations
Our appointment confirmation texts are generated by our software and are not connected to our business number, so please do not reply. (If you do wish to text us, contact 941-554-8205.) If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so by using the booking platform or by calling the studio.
Parking + Accessibility
There is a shell parking lot with reserved spaces for customers only, and our entrance is accessible via ramp.
If you require specific seating accommodations, please reach out and we will ensure your maximum comfort!
You + Your Loved Ones
Our studio is not child-proofed. We ask that you leave your little ones at home for their safety and your comfort.
Please bring your service animal, but leave your very cute pets at home as we are a licensed tattoo studio and animals are strictly prohibited.
Payment Accepted
We accept all credit and debit cards (including Apple Pay) and cash.
Please note that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We recommend bringing cash or a debit card if you would like to avoid the additional fee. Processing fee does not apply to late cancellations / no show fees / deposits.
Brow + Lash + Dermaplaning Cancellation
We require 24 hours notice if you decide to reschedule/cancel your brow, lash, waxing or dermaplaning appointment.
In the event of a last-minute cancellation, there will be a charge of 50% of your appointment and no-shows are subject to charging your card on file in full.
Please contact us if you are going to be late. Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment may result in the modification or cancellation of your appointment.
In the (extremely rare) case that The Brow House must reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, rest assured that the policy will apply in reverse as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
Cosmetic Tattoo Cancellation
A $200 deposit is required in order to book and confirm every new Cosmetic Tattoo appointment. This deposit is non-refundable.
We require 48 hours notice if you decide to reschedule/cancel your appointment.
If you choose to “late cancel” your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. A new deposit will be required to re-book your appointment if canceled within 48 hours, for lateness, or if it is marked as a no-show.
In the (extremely rare) case that The Brow House must reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 48hr notice, rest assured that the policy will apply in reverse. The Brow House will deduct your deposit from the total cost of your appointment as a courtesy for the inconvenience.
