Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order prior to shipping without providing any reason for doing so.

Conditions for Returns

All purchases are final sale. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us at shop@thebrowhousesarasota.com so that we may assist and find the best solution for you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Solutions may include an exchange or refund, and you may be asked to return the item with a pre-paid shipping label.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Gift Cards have no expiration date and may be applied to product purchases online or in-store, or may be redeemed for services.

Redemption Exceptions include events with a third-party vendor.
